  • Email contact@nippycoolers.co.nz with your order number to start a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (please note that your 110% refund should cover the shipping costs for you).
  • A maximum of 1 product can be returned for a 110% refund at one time. Additional items will receive a 100% refund.
  • After 60 days, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds.

How does your 110% refund and returns work?

We promise we’re not pulling your leg. Buying online without seeing or trying a product first is tough. Sometimes things aren’t quite what you expected. And when it comes to returns, some companies set up hoops to jump through to get your money back.

We’re not here to play those games. We’re taking the risk out of your shopping experience.

If NIPPY doesn’t live up to your expectations for any reason, send it back within 60 days and we’ll give you a 110% refund. Yep, that’s more than you paid.

Example:

  • You see NIPPY, it looks amazing, you fall in love.
  • You pay $200, and we send it with ultra-fast free delivery to your door.
  • It doesn’t meet your expectations, so you return it within 60 days.
  • We refund you $220.

Yes, we accept used products—we encourage it! How else are you supposed to know if you like it without giving it a go?

📌 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (please note - your 110% refund should cover your shipping costs).
📌 We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your NIPPY makes it back to us safely. If it’s not tracked and we don’t receive it, we can’t offer a refund.
📌 A maximum of 1 product can be returned for a 110% refund at one time (to keep things fair and prevent scammers). Any additional items will be refunded at 100%.

How does the 3 year warranty work?

All NIPPY products are backed by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original owner, and proof of purchase is required.

What’s Covered?

✔️ Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered?

❌ Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, discoloration).
❌ Damage from commercial use, structural alterations, or misuse.
❌ Stress beyond the physical limits of the materials.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1️⃣ You’ll need to return the faulty item to us for inspection.
2️⃣ If the product is confirmed faulty (and not due to misuse), we’ll send you a brand-new replacement for free.
3️⃣ If your product is confirmed faulty, we’ll refund your return shipping costs.

📅 Within 60 Days:

  • We’ll send you a brand-new replacement for free OR offer you a 110% refund—your choice.
  • We’ll also cover the return shipping for your faulty product.

🛠️ After 60 Days (Under Warranty):

  • You’ll need to return the faulty item to us for inspection (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
  • If the fault is confirmed not due to misuse, we’ll offer you either a 100% refund or a brand-new replacement—your choice.
  • If faulty, we'll also cover the return shipping costs.
  • If not faulty and outside of the 60 days - we cannot offer returns or refunds.
